Job Details:

• Position: Call Centre Agent

• Job Level: T10
• Estimated Salary: R459,401.00 – R625,640.00 annually

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle face-to-face, phone, and email communications with customers about City of Tshwane services.
• Identify and resolve service interruptions, requests, and complaints.
• Maintain accurate customer records and provide updates on service requests.
• Manage and resolve customer queries, ensuring a high-quality service experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with performance standards and quality requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• At least two years of customer care and call centre experience.
• Familiarity with City of Tshwane operations and Batho Pele principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with SAP CIC and CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to work at regional customer care centres depending on operational needs.
• Criminal record check and fingerprinting are required at the applicant’s cost.
