Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Senior Certificate or National Certificate (Vocational) at NQF Level 4.

Skills and Knowledge

• Proficiency in clerical duties, data capturing, and statistics collection.
• Basic knowledge of the legislative framework governing public service.
• Competence in operating a computer and managing office tasks.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a team environment and maintain good interpersonal relations.

Job Responsibilities

As an Administration Clerk, your duties will include:

• Providing general clerical support to the department.
• Managing supply chain clerical processes.
• Offering personnel administration support within the component.
• Assisting with financial administration tasks.
