Key Requirements:
- Undergraduate qualification (NQF level 6) or equivalent recognized by SAQA.
- An undergraduate qualification in Human Resource Management is an advantage.
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years’ relevant experience.
- PERSAL Certificate or results.
- Valid driver’s license (unless you are a person with disabilities).

Job Duties:
- Administer recruitment and selection processes.
- Oversee restructuring of packages and implementation of personal data.
- Manage transfers, placements, relocations, and secondments.
- Handle leave matters and service benefits (long service, housing allowance, financial benefits).
- Administer termination processes.
