Requirements

  • Minimum Education: Grade 12
  • Skills:
    • Computer literacy
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Time management and service delivery innovation
  • Clear Criminal Record: No criminal record is required.

Responsibilities

  • Motor Vehicle Licensing Renewal: Handle vehicle licensing renewals.
  • Daily Cash-Up Duties: Perform daily cash-ups and manage revenue.
  • Document Management: File and safeguard all revenue documents.
  • NaTIS Transactions: Perform transactions on the National Traffic Information System (NaTIS).
  • Client Enquiries: Handle general and NaTIS-related inquiries.
  • Professional Ethics: Maintain high professional standards.
