Requirements
- Minimum Education: Grade 12
- Skills:
- Computer literacy
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to work under pressure
- Time management and service delivery innovation
- Clear Criminal Record: No criminal record is required.
Responsibilities
- Motor Vehicle Licensing Renewal: Handle vehicle licensing renewals.
- Daily Cash-Up Duties: Perform daily cash-ups and manage revenue.
- Document Management: File and safeguard all revenue documents.
- NaTIS Transactions: Perform transactions on the National Traffic Information System (NaTIS).
- Client Enquiries: Handle general and NaTIS-related inquiries.
- Professional Ethics: Maintain high professional standards.
