- Position Title: Court Manager (5 Posts)
- Salary Range: R552,081 – R650,322 per annum (includes signing a performance agreement).

- Colesburg Magistrate Office: Ref No. 77/24/NC/COL
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: A National Diploma/Degree (NQF Level 6) recognized by SAQA in Public Administration, Management, Law, Legal Studies, or an equivalent field.
- Experience:
- At least 3 years in a court management environment.
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Knowledge:
- Office and district administration.
- Public Financial Management Act (PFMA).
- Trust (Third Party Funds) and Vote Account management.
- Other Requirements: A valid driver’s license.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
- Effective communication and information management.
- Leadership, diversity management, and team development skills.
- Planning, organizing, and project management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial and human resources of the court office, including risk and security management.
- Manage strategic and business planning processes for the court.
- Ensure proper management of facilities, physical resources, and communication systems.
- Lead the transformation initiatives within the office.
- Compile and analyze court statistics to evaluate performance and trends.
- Support case flow management processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service.
- Prepare annual performance and statutory reports.
- Manage service level agreements with relevant stakeholders.
