Job Responsibilities

Food Preparation and Service

• Assist chefs with basic food preparation and plating.
• Ensure meals are prepared and served according to company standards.
• Maintain proper food storage and labeling practices.
• Monitor kitchen stock and report low-stock items.
• Ensure stock rotation and dispose of expired food.

Kitchen Maintenance

• Clean food preparation areas, work surfaces, and equipment.
• Ensure the kitchen, fridges, and freezers are hygienic and well-organized.
• Keep track of stock breakages and wastage.
• Report faulty or damaged kitchen equipment.

Customer Service

• Ensure meals are served on time to maintain quality service.
• Assist with orders to ensure customers receive the correct items.
