Requirements:

• Qualifications: NQF 1 and 2 General Certificate/Elementary Certificate.
• Experience: No experience required.
• Skills: Basic numeracy, literacy, language, and operating equipment.

Key Duties:

• Clean kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Provide catering support services.
• Maintain kitchen inventory and utensils.
• Implement hygiene and safety protocols.
• Ensure food quality control.
• Manage waste disposal and food supplies.
• Prepare food, snacks, and beverages.
• Serve food and beverages in dining areas.
• Report on waste and losses.
