Requirements

• Education: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: Previous airport and ticket sales experience preferred.
• Availability:
  • Must be willing to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours.
  • Shift work required.
• Technical Skills:
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Communication Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal English skills.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
