What You’ll Do

1. Sales and Customer Service

Assist clients with account opening and handle all betting queries.
Drive sales and activations by demonstrating mobile products and services.
Run mobile marketing campaigns to boost sales and increase sign-ups for online accounts.
Promote the mobile brand at outlets, events, and promotions.

2. Account Management and Compliance

Assist customers in submitting FICA-compliant documents for new accounts (e.g., clear ID).
Ensure new customers use sign-up bonuses to place bets and guide them on how to use the mobile application.

3. Reporting and Training

Maintain records of daily sales activities and report progress to management.
Complete weekly training sessions via Moodle, Voice Notes, and Trainers on Wheels.

4. Operational Support

Ensure proper care and maintenance of all mobile equipment.
Maintain clean and organized workspaces to promote a positive brand image.
Roam between branches and stores as needed for operational requirements.
Perform other related duties as required.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

Skills and Attributes

Excellent listening and communication skills (verbal and written).
Results-driven mindset.
Strong understanding of mobile and internet betting, betting procedures, and TUV (Top-Up Voucher) distribution.
Previous experience as a promoter or in a similar role is advantageous.

Qualifications

Matric certificate (Grade 12).
Customer service skills are a bonus.
