About the Learnership

This exciting opportunity is tailored for TVET students with qualifications in Clothing Production, Fashion, Marketing, Business Management, or Retail Operations. Participants will gain practical experience in a corporate office environment and collaborate with key teams, such as Quality Assurance, Buying, Marketing, and Visual Merchandise.

Minimum Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

  • N6 qualification in any of the following fields:
    • Clothing Production
    • Fashion
    • Marketing

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the Quality Assurance Team:

  • Monitor product quality standards and ensure compliance with company specifications.
  • Conduct product inspections and report quality issues.
  • Manage documentation related to product quality checks and test results.

2. Support the Buying Team:

  • Assist with sample management, fitting sessions, and alignment of the critical path.
  • Create and manage article data and records.
  • Contribute to seasonal buying preparations, including gathering market insights and supporting product selection.

3. Marketing and Visual Merchandise:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities.
  • Support promotional activities, events, and visual merchandising in the field.

4. Retail Operations and Business Management:

  • Gain exposure to daily retail operations.
  • Support in-store promotional efforts and analyse sales data to assist with retail strategies.
  • Help manage store performance by tracking sales and promotions.

5. Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative support to Quality Assurance, Buying, Marketing, and Retail teams.
  • Maintain records, schedules, and prepare necessary reports or documents.
