Job Purpose
- Support an allocated team with administrative tasks.
- Improve office organization and daily workflow.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
- Handle inquiries and schedule appointments.
- Prepare and type documents, reports, and letters.
- Organize meetings and take minutes.
- Book rooms and conference facilities.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for staff.
- Order and manage office supplies.
- Organize and store paperwork and digital files.
Customer and Staff Support
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls.
- Communicate with internal and external contacts.
- Manage mail distribution and document handling.
Data Management and Reporting
- Capture and maintain records in a standardized format.
- Track and reconcile department expenses.
- Keep an updated record of invoices and office expenditures.
- File and sort documents for quick retrieval.
Requirements
Education
- National Senior Certificate (Matric) or N3 qualification
Experience
- At least one year of relevant administrative experience
