Your Role:
This learnership program is designed to provide unemployed youth, including those living with disabilities, with training and hands-on work experience in various operational fields.
You will gain practical exposure to areas such as:
- Supply Chain Management
- Production Management
- Business Administration
- Freight Handling
- Stores & Warehousing
By participating, you’ll develop employability skills and prepare for a career in operations, all while contributing to Brenntag SA’s business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Attend theoretical classes for 12 months and work towards achieving the relevant NQF level 4 or 5.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete assigned tasks.
- Perform duties as directed by the Line Manager to meet business objectives.
- Work overtime as required to ensure deadlines and targets are met.
- Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures at all times.
Your Profile:
We’re looking for unemployed individuals between the ages of 18–25 with a Matric certificate. You should have:
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment.
- The ability to work well with others in a team setting.
- A strong work ethic with an emphasis on safety, quality, and continuous learning.
