SGS is offering exciting Human Resources Youth Employment Service (YES) Learnership Positions. This is an excellent opportunity for young individuals to gain valuable experience in Human Resources and Learning & Development.
Location: Bryanston Dr, Bryanston, Sandton, 2191, South Africa
Main Purpose of the Job:
- Participate in a 12-month experiential learning program.
- Focus on Learning and Development, reporting, and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with key Learning and Development projects.
- Help with administrative tasks and reporting.
Required Skills:
- Exceptional proficiency in MS Excel.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to analyse and summarize information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to create and develop analytical spreadsheets.
- Experience in research and using AI tools.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 / Matric.
- National Diploma or degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Qualification or course in Data Analytics.
Additional Information:
- South African citizen with a valid South African ID.
- Aged between 18-30 years.
- Currently unemployed and not previously part of the YES program.
- No criminal record.
- Willing to relocate to Bryanston.
- Exceptional computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong affinity for data analysis.
- Excellent research skills, and high attention to detail.
