Job Summary

This learnership provides unemployed youth with an opportunity to gain practical experience in financial advisory services. Ideal candidates should have a Diploma in Finance, with preference given to those holding Financial Planning qualifications or RE5 certification.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Service Delivery

• Facilitate seamless activation and conversion of sales for both new and existing customers.
• Build and deepen customer relationships through consultative interactions, increasing loyalty and referrals.

2. Sales Conclusion and Activation

• Apply financial knowledge to ensure smooth sales processes.
• Resolve credit- and fraud-related referrals or escalate issues as necessary.

3. Customer Experience Management

• Engage with customers to enhance their experience with the ABSA brand.
• Address and resolve transactional and service-related queries promptly.

4. Risk and Governance

• Adhere to all internal and external risk, governance policies, and procedures.
• Comply with relevant legislation, including NCA, FICA, and FAIS.

5. Reporting and Insights

• Record and report transactional activities.
• Provide monthly reports highlighting trends and patterns.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualifications

• A Diploma in Finance is required.
• Financial planning qualifications or RE5 certification are advantageous.
