Job Summary
ABSA invites young South Africans who meet the qualifications to apply for this learnership. Ideal candidates should have completed a Diploma in Finance. Preference will be given to applicants with additional qualifications in Financial Planning or a RE5 certification.
This learnership is designed to equip participants with the skills and experience required to build a successful career in financial advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales and Service Delivery
- Facilitate seamless sales activation, conversion, and fulfilment for new and existing customers.
- Strengthen customer relationships by providing personalized services to foster loyalty and generate referrals.
- Support customers in sales processes and ensure timely resolution of sales-related queries.
2. Customer Experience Management
- Interact with customers to deliver a positive brand experience.
- Handle transactional activities as per pre-determined schedules.
- Record and report customer activities, providing insights into trends and patterns through monthly reports.
3. Risk and Governance Compliance
- Adhere to all internal and external risk and governance policies, standards, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including NCA, FICA, and FAIS.
- Investigate and resolve credit- and fraud-related queries or escalate them as needed.
Eligibility Requirements
Qualifications
- Diploma in Finance (required).
- Financial Planning qualifications or RE5 certification (preferred).
