Eligibility Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- National Diploma/National N Diploma in one of the following fields:
- Business
- Finance
- Marketing
- Commerce
- Social Science
- Business Management
- Qualification must be at NQF Level 6 with at least 240 credits.
Experience
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service and customer relations.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction
- Handle inbound customer interactions.
- Manage multi-media and outbound activities.
Support Functions
- Perform back-office activities related to customer service.
- Provide and enhance general customer service delivery.
- Support marketing, sales, and customer service processes.
Administrative Duties
- Handle vending, prepaid, and easy-pay activities.
