Eligibility Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• National Diploma/National N Diploma in one of the following fields:
  • Business
  • Finance
  • Marketing
  • Commerce
  • Social Science
  • Business Management
• Qualification must be at NQF Level 6 with at least 240 credits.

Experience

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service and customer relations.

• Support marketing, sales, and customer service processes.

Administrative Duties

• Handle vending, prepaid, and easy-pay activities.
