Position Details

Job Title: Grants Administrator

Salary Range: R216,417 – R254,928 per annum (excluding benefits)
Location: Midrand (Alexander) Local Office, Johannesburg District
Reference Number: GP/SAS 02/11/2024

Minimum Requirements

A Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4) is essential.
Proficiency in computer literacy.
Additional Advantage:
- A valid driver’s license.
- Previous administrative or clerical experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Grants Administrator, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Grant Administration and Customer Service

Assist in the administration of social grants at the local office level.
Provide exceptional customer care services.
Screen and process grant applications effectively.
Conduct quality control on grant applications.

Administrative Duties

Assist with processing medical, beneficiary maintenance, and payment-related tasks.
Ensure compliance with Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA, Chapter 6, Part 3).
