Key Requirements:

• Qualification: Post Matric qualification in Financial Management, Economics, or Accounting.
• Experience: Grade 12, with a focus on computer literacy.
• Other:
  • Valid Driver’s License (Code B).
  • No criminal record.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and display initiative.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the activities of cashier staff at Motor Vehicle Licence (MVL) renewal sites.
• Oversee the verification of transactions performed at MVL renewal sites.
• Address general and NaTIS-related inquiries from clients.
• Ensure reconciliation of collected revenue and maintain proper filing systems.
• Interpret and enforce the National Road Traffic Act and its regulations.
• Prepare reports for management and maintain PMDS reports for subordinates.
• Adhere to professional ethics, including confidentiality agreements and the National Code of Conduct.
