Requirements:

  • Qualification: Post-matric qualification in Financial Management, Economics, or Accounting
  • Grade 12
  • Computer literacy
  • Driver’s License: Code B
  • Criminal Record: Must be clear
  • Skills:
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Verbal and written communication
    • Ability to work under pressure and take initiative
    • Planning and general administrative skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise cashier operations at motor vehicle licence renewal sites.
  • Monitor transactions at these sites.
  • Address queries related to the National Traffic Information System (NaTIS).
  • Verify and reconcile collected revenue.
  • Maintain filing systems and submit reports to management.
  • Provide training and supervision for subordinates.
  • Interpret and enforce the National Road Traffic Act and its regulations.
  • Ensure high professional ethics and confidentiality.
