Requirements:
- Qualification: Post-matric qualification in Financial Management, Economics, or Accounting
- Grade 12
- Computer literacy
- Driver’s License: Code B
- Criminal Record: Must be clear
- Skills:
- Good interpersonal skills
- Verbal and written communication
- Ability to work under pressure and take initiative
- Planning and general administrative skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise cashier operations at motor vehicle licence renewal sites.
- Monitor transactions at these sites.
- Address queries related to the National Traffic Information System (NaTIS).
- Verify and reconcile collected revenue.
- Maintain filing systems and submit reports to management.
- Provide training and supervision for subordinates.
- Interpret and enforce the National Road Traffic Act and its regulations.
- Ensure high professional ethics and confidentiality.
