Job Summary

Boxer Super Stores is looking for talented individuals to join their dynamic team at their Distribution Centres in KwaZulu-Natal and the Eastern Cape. Various roles are available, including Receiving, Picking, Loading, Cycle Counting, Forklift Operation, Reach Truck Operation, Auditing, and Combining.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for these positions, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Grade 12 (Matric Certificate).
• 0–2 years of warehouse experience (specific roles will depend on your experience).
• Valid Forklift or Reach Truck License (for relevant positions).
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Availability to work day shifts, night shifts, weekends, and public holidays, including Sundays.

• Effective teamwork.
• Basic mathematical skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

Below are the roles available and their respective responsibilities:

1. General Worker

• Manage overstocked, damaged, and short-dated stock by returning it to the Distribution Centre promptly.

2. Picker

• Accurately pick stock for stores based on picking slips.

3. Cycle Counter

• Track stock quantities in the warehouse and ensure accurate inventory records.

4. Forklift Driver

• Load and offload trucks, and move and stack pallets efficiently.

5. Reach Truck Driver

• Operate a reach truck and handle pallet packing on racks.

6. Auditor

• Count stock, check for damages, and ensure expiry dates are correct before dispatching items to stores.

7. Combiner

• Combine stock on pallets and securely shrink-wrap them for store delivery.
