Role Overview

As a Batch Mixer, you will be responsible for preparing bulk mixed products efficiently and effectively while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare bulk mixed products according to quality standards.
• Ensure only defect-free materials are used in production.
• Follow quality management system (QMS) and best operating practices.
• Conduct regular inventory checks for materials.
• Stage materials for batch preparation.
• Maintain good housekeeping in production areas.
• Assist in factory-related trials and product testing.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions to improve workplace safety.
• Perform additional tasks as required during non-production periods.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
• At least 1 year of work experience in a related field.
• Forklift license (preferred).
• Ability to perform manual labor tasks.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
