Job Overview

Successful candidates will join Clover’s Call Centre team at the Constantia Park office in Roodepoort. During the program, you will attend prescribed classes and gain hands-on experience in a world-class Call Centre. Upon completion, you will receive an NQF qualification and practical knowledge to advance your career.

Minimum Requirements

To apply, you must meet the following criteria:

• Grade 12 or equivalent (NQF4).
• Matric completed between 2019 and 2023.
• Achieved an average of 60% in English and Maths or Maths Literacy.
• Advanced computer literacy.
• Currently unemployed.
• Must not have participated in a Learnership program before.

Provide Excellent Customer Service

• Handle inbound and outbound interactions professionally.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address concerns.

Manage Customer Orders

• Capture and confirm orders accurately and on time.
• Notify customers about account issues or holds.
• Inform stakeholders about order-related concerns.

Promote Products

• Offer additional products to customers and highlight features.
• Describe special offers to boost product awareness.

Support Teamwork

• Assist team members in achieving shared goals.
• Share responsibilities to ensure tasks are completed.
• Participate actively in team meetings and discussions.
