Requirements

To qualify for these positions, you must have:

• A Grade 12 Certificate with relevant experience in data capturing.
• Knowledge of administrative processes and document management.
• Skills in typing, computer literacy, and communication (both written and verbal).
• Problem-solving, planning, and organizing abilities.
• Customer care and telephone etiquette.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Capturer, your duties will include:

• Capturing data for new applications and cases.
• Maintaining manual and digital filing systems.
• Compiling weekly and monthly statistics.
• Communicating with clients to verify information.
• Issuing letters and managing administrative tasks.
