Job Description

As a Junior Warehouse Controller, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting weekly cycle counts in warehouses as needed.
• Keeping accurate records of all documentation related to spare parts movement.
• Updating stock ERP (SAM) to reflect relevant stock movements.
• Directing parts to outstations, hangars, and airports as required.
• Preparing shipping documentation and packaging according to Work Instructions (COMAT).
• Updating Flow Centric in line with SAM for received or dispatched parts.
• Delivering spares to hangars.
• Maintaining daily housekeeping of the warehouse.
• Drawing and issuing spares from the main warehouse.
• Handling spare part requests through email, phone, or WhatsApp.
• Performing general warehouse duties as instructed by your supervisor.
• Ensuring controlled access to the warehouse at all times.
• Carrying out ad-hoc tasks as directed by management.

Job Requirements

To qualify, you must meet the following requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• Forklift license (advantageous).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Understanding of stock management and FIFO principles.
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid EB driver’s license (essential).
• Willingness to work shifts and travel.
• Valid passport.
• Access to reliable transport.
