Role Summary

As a Batch Mixer, you will be responsible for preparing bulk mixed products efficiently and effectively, ensuring strict compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will include:

• Preparing bulk mixed products to meet required quality standards.
• Ensuring no defective materials are used during production.
• Following best operating practices and adhering to Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Conducting regular inventory management checks.
• Staging materials for batch preparation.
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping in the Production Staging Area and ensuring the cleaning-in-place (CIP) of production lines.
• Assisting with factory-related trials.
• Identifying unsafe conditions and improving safety standards to maintain a secure working environment.
• Performing reasonable duties during non-production times.

Skills and Attributes for Success

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• A valid forklift license.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks.
• Basic math skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
