  • Salary Range: R376,413 – R443,403 per annum (includes signing a performance agreement).

Minimum Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

  • A three-year National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Management, or an equivalent field.

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of administrative experience.
  • Knowledge in the following areas:
    • Human Resources Management.
    • Supply Chain Management.
    • Risk Management.
    • Financial Management (Vote and Trust Accounts).

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with BAS, Justice Yellow Pages (JYP), and Departmental Financial Instructions (DFI).
  • Understanding of PFMA, Budget Control, and Asset Management.

Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership and people management abilities.
  • Good interpersonal relations.

Key Responsibilities

As an Administration Officer, you will:

  • Coordinate and manage the financial and human resources of the office.
  • Oversee risk and security management within the court.
  • Manage the strategic and business planning processes.
  • Supervise sections related to Criminal and Civil Court Administration, Family Courts, and Supply Chain Management.
  • Administer Third-Party Funds and Vote Accounts.
  • Support Case Flow Management and other court users to ensure service delivery.
