- Salary Range: R376,413 – R443,403 per annum (includes signing a performance agreement).

Minimum Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
- A three-year National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Management, or an equivalent field.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of administrative experience.
- Knowledge in the following areas:
- Human Resources Management.
- Supply Chain Management.
- Risk Management.
- Financial Management (Vote and Trust Accounts).
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with BAS, Justice Yellow Pages (JYP), and Departmental Financial Instructions (DFI).
- Understanding of PFMA, Budget Control, and Asset Management.
Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership and people management abilities.
- Good interpersonal relations.
Key Responsibilities
As an Administration Officer, you will:
- Coordinate and manage the financial and human resources of the office.
- Oversee risk and security management within the court.
- Manage the strategic and business planning processes.
- Supervise sections related to Criminal and Civil Court Administration, Family Courts, and Supply Chain Management.
- Administer Third-Party Funds and Vote Accounts.
- Support Case Flow Management and other court users to ensure service delivery.
