- Position Title: Maintenance Investigator (8 Posts)
- Salary Range: R308,154 – R362,994 per annum (inclusive of a performance agreement).

Minimum Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
- A Grade 12 Certificate or an equivalent qualification.
Experience:
- Relevant administrative experience, particularly in Family Law Matters.
- Knowledge of the Maintenance Act (Act 99 of 1998).
Additional Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel).

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Numeracy and time management abilities.
- Professionalism and empathy when working with the public.
- Ability to explain legal terminology in simple terms.
- Facilitation and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Investigator, your primary duties will include:
- Serving Maintenance Summons, Subpoenas, Warrants, and Garnishee Orders in accordance with the Maintenance Act.
- Locating individuals involved in maintenance cases.
- Providing testimony under oath in court.
- Offering administrative support to the office.
